Apparatus Classes

(55 minute sessions)

Total body workout incorporating stretching and strengthening utilizing the Pilates Apparatus known as the Reformer. The spring loaded moveable carriage of the reformer provides a core challenge with each and every exercise.

This class simulates the exercises done on Joseph Pilates Apparatus known as the Cadillac or Trapeze Table. Using the Tower Springs to assist or resist movements, the entire body is lengthened and strengthened as you move fluidly from one exercise to the next.

This class includes a little bit of both Tower and Reformer.

Kick up your heart rate and work your core with the Pilates Jumpboard. This fast-paced class focuses on strengthening abs, glutes, and legs with the added benefit of calorie burning.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.


Group Classes


A challenging vinyasa yoga class.  Vinyasa simply means you flow with your breath…no long yoga holds (until the end of class).  Starts with a warm up and gradually increases in intensity.  We’ll reach a peak and then slow it down again.  You will sweat and push yourself, and then relax and find some peace and calm.  Great for experienced yogis…or those beginners who aren’t afraid to jump right in!  You can do this!  WARM FAST YOGA is exactly the same, but the room is heated to 85 degrees.


A challenging, slower paced yoga class.  We start with a warm up and gradually move toward long held yoga poses.  Each pose is held for five to ten breaths, challenging your muscles and your mind!  Learn “proper” alignment that is right for YOUR particular body, as the instructor has more time to explain each pose.  We end with some grounded, more relaxing poses, to cool down and find some peace and quiet in your head and heart.  WARM SLOW YOGA is exactly the same, but the room is heated to 85 degrees.


A quiet yin practice with quiet music and a relaxing fragrance!  Very slow paced yoga, where we stop and hold poses that take very little or no muscle exertion or muscle strain.  Almost all poses are from a seated or reclined position.   You’ll be guided into a grounded pose and asked to completely relax and let go, as the tissues in your body stretch and loosen.  Poses are held for ten breaths to ten minutes, during which time you work on quieting your mind and releasing emotional tension.  This is good for ANYbody…seniors, students, body builders, marathon runners, desk workers, couch potatoes…every single person can benefit from this rejuvenating, peaceful practice.



A slow yoga practice (described above) … including a little extra personal connection to love, gratitude, and compassion.  “Bhakti” yoga is simply finding a connection to something higher.   We begin with a few minutes of silent meditation to quiet the mind.  Then we move on to sun salutations, stopping for a moment to count our blessings…who couldn’t use a little time for that?  Then we sweat a little and challenge ourselves with some long held yoga poses, diving deep into alignment, strength and balance.  During our long held yin poses, we’ll have time to ask for more of what we need…courage, love, patience…what could YOU use more of this week?  We’ll end by sending loving kindness and positive intentions to the specific people in your life who are struggling.  If you know someone who’s sick or suffering, we put their names on a board and the entire studio keeps them in their prayers all week.  Please come join us for this unique and moving yoga experience.  Once you try it, you love it!  It’s a FEEL GOOD yoga class!

Xtend Barre sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. Roll through a fun, full-body workout that strengthens, stretches and challenges on multiple planes! Orbit exercises include both circular and linear movements, and range from mild to complex. It’s an amazing core workout because your abdominal muscles are always engaged. You will also increase upper body and lower body strength, and improve flexibility and balance. Rotate, flex, extend and stretch your way to a longer, leaner, healthier you.

This Body Toning Ball Class utilizes both Medicine Balls and Stability Balls for an intense Core Challenge!! Don’t be fooled there are plenty of upper extremity and lower extremity fat burning moves as well!!

POP Pilates
