I’ve only been to a few classes, but I can say wholeheartedly that coming to this studio was the best decision I’ve made in awhile. The classes I’ve attended make me feel like I just got a huge big hug. I feel incredibly calm, present, and enlightened. The teachers are so warm and welcoming. I feel very supported as a newbie and couldn’t be more appreciative of this space.
