It’s June!

Summer has a funny way of making us want to do everything, all at once. Suddenly, if your calendar isn’t packed tighter than a beach cooler, it feels like you’re doing it wrong.

But this month? We’re opting out of the hustle.

Instead, we’re leaning into Ahimsa this week, which is really just a beautiful yoga word for being incredibly kind to yourself. Maybe just for an hour you can ignore your inbox and eat a melting watermelon popsicle, blast your NEW favorite summer PLAYLIST with the windows down, and actually make it to your mat for a few quiet breaths. Give yourself permission to just… slow down!

No rushing, no extra pressure. We are so damn grateful to be a part of your world, and we can’t wait to catch you in class soon!

Two-Ingredient Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients

Instructions
Add watermelon, lime juice, and sweetener (if using) to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Add a few small mint leaves if desired.
Freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid.
