Brand new to Pilates? Start here. This slow-paced, beginner-friendly class introduces you to the reformer and teaches you how to use it safely and effectively. Ask questions, build confidence, and set yourself up for success in other classes.

Add some cardio to your Pilates! Using the Jumpboard, you’ll elevate your heart rate while strengthening abs, glutes, and legs. This fast-paced class combines low-impact jumping with core-focused reformer work for a fun, calorie-burning workout.
A restorative, meditative class that blends yin yoga with the reformer. Using springs for gentle resistance, you’ll relax into long-held stretches while focusing on breath and mindfulness. New to yoga? You’re not alone — every yogi started right where you are. This gentle class helps you learn the basics in a welcoming environment with others who are just beginning too. It’s also a great reset if you’ve practiced before and want to return to the foundations.
An energizing, breath-to-movement class that builds heat, strength, and flow. We start slow, work toward a peak, and then cool it back down. Expect to sweat, challenge yourself, and leave with a calm, centered mind. Perfect for experienced yogis or adventurous beginners ready to dive in.
A steady-paced class with longer holds to build strength, stability, and focus. With time to explore alignment that works for your body, you’ll challenge your muscles while calming your mind. We finish with grounding, restorative poses for balance and peace.
A deeply relaxing class with quiet music, soft candlelight, and our famous lavender “smelly towels.” Poses are fully supported and held for several minutes to release tension and stretch connective tissue. Great for every body — athletes, beginners, desk workers, or anyone needing to unwind.
Let Go & Bowls includes 15 minutes of soothing crystal bowls to close class.

The practice builds strength, focus, and discipline, while giving beginners and seasoned yogis alike a clear path to growth. Offered in 50, 60, and 75-minute formats.

A Happy Hour signature class you won’t find anywhere else. This moving meditation blends gentle yin-style holds with flowing sun salutations, all guided by the rhythm of your breath. Minimal instruction, no teacher demoing, and ambient music help quiet the mind and keep you fully present. Ends with guided meditation and extended savasana.
This is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines challenging yoga poses with strength training exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and more! This class offers a blend of cardio, muscle building and stretching all set to fun, energetic music. This is a great class for those looking for a challenge that incorporates both flexibility and strength. Modifications always offered!

A dynamic, full-body workout using circular and linear movements to strengthen, stretch, and challenge the body in every direction. Great for core strength, flexibility, and balance — while also toning your upper and lower body. Expect to roll, rotate, and discover muscles you didn’t know you had!
CANCELLATION POLICY
We occasionally have a waiting list for our apparatus classes. Clients on the waiting list can almost always make it into our classes as long as people cancel with adequate notice. For all apparatus classes, you must cancel 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class. There will be a $10 cancellation fee if you don’t cancel 12 hours before the class starts. If an emergency comes up, you must reach out to the teacher of your class to request an “early cancel”. No shows will result in a $30 fee.
