Meet Sarah Kasenter!! Sarah is just starting a 6 month membership with Happy Hour in October!! She has agreed to follow a schedule and work out at least four times a week, doing pilates, yoga, and barre. Right now Sarah has been walking and is coming out of a back injury. She is looking forward to working out, and promises to take it easy and stop if her back begins to act up at all. There is no diet for her to follow. She’ll simply start working out at Happy Hour at least four times a week. She’ll blog about her experience, about the classes, about her progress, and we can follow along.
