Open to Love: Exploring Anahata Heart Chakra đź’š

Welcome, beautiful souls. We’ve arrived at the heart, the sacred space of love, compassion, and connection.

The Heart Chakra, or Anahata, sits in the center of your chest. It’s the bridge between the lower “earthly” chakras and the upper “spiritual” ones.

When the Heart Chakra Is Balanced…

You feel:
âś… Loving and open-hearted
✅ Compassionate — with others and yourself
âś… Able to forgive and let go
âś… Connected in your relationships
âś… Peaceful and grateful

Love flows in both directions; giving and receiving.

When the Heart Chakra Is Out of Balance…

You may feel:
❌ Closed off, guarded, or emotionally distant
❌ Over-giving or people-pleasing
❌ Fear of intimacy or betrayal
❌ Grief, resentment, or heartbreak
❌ Lung, chest, or upper back tension

Heart wounds can linger — and healing happens gently.
