Sip: Golden Milk Pumpkin Latte

This golden milk latte is perfect for unwinding at the end of a crisp fall day. It blends the soothing spices of golden milk with the seasonal sweetness of pumpkin.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, warm the milk gently.
  2. Whisk in pumpkin, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add maple syrup and vanilla, whisk until frothy.
  5. Pour into your favorite mug and sip slowly, letting the warmth ground you.
