Blossom & Balance Spring Yoga Challenge: Week 4

Week 4: Beyond the Mat

We made it to the final week of the challenge! By now, you’ve walked, texted, invited, and (hopefully) stretched your way into a deeper connection with yourself and your practice. But yoga doesn’t stop at the studio door—it’s something you carry with you everywhere.

Which brings us to our final bonus challenge: Snap a picture of yourself doing yoga in a unique place. Think outside the mat—literally. Maybe it’s a tree pose in your backyard, a warrior pose at the park, or a sun salutation in your kitchen while waiting for your coffee to brew.

Why This Matters:

Yoga isn’t just about the poses. It’s about adaptability, creativity, and finding balance in unexpected places. This challenge is a fun way to celebrate that—and to remind yourself that yoga is wherever you are.

How to Do It:

  1. Pick a location that speaks to you. It doesn’t have to be exotic—just somewhere that brings you joy.
  2. Set up your phone or have a friend capture the moment.
  3. Strike a pose, snap the pic, and share your yoga love with the world.

Then, be sure to show your Happy Hour Yoga teacher your photo to earn your Weekly Bonus Points!

Let’s Get Social:

This week is all about taking your practice off the mat and into the world. When you strike your yoga pose somewhere outside the studio—your backyard, a hiking trail, your living room surrounded by laundry (hey, no judgment), snap a photo and post it, and tag @HappyHourYoga to show us where your yoga flows. Bonus Points Reminder: Show your Happy Hour Yoga teacher your unique yoga pose photo to earn your final Weekly Bonus Points!

🎉 Final Step! Add up your total points from all four weeks and submit your accountability sheet to claim your challenge prize! (You earned it.) If you’re not sure where to turn it in, your teacher will have all the details in class.

Let’s finish strong! We can’t wait to celebrate your commitment to this challenge.💛
