Week 3: Community

Yoga can be a deeply personal journey—but let’s be real, it’s also way more fun with friends. Whether it’s laughing through a wobbly balancing pose or just having someone to grab a smoothie with after class, community makes the practice so much richer.

That’s why this week’s bonus challenge is to bring a new to Happy Hour Yoga friend to class. And if that friend buys a package, you get a free sweatshirt.

Why This Matters:

Think about your first yoga class. Maybe you were intimidated, nervous, or convinced you’d somehow trip over your own mat. Now imagine how much easier that would’ve felt with a friend beside you. That’s the gift you’re giving someone this week—the chance to step into a space that could change their life in ways they don’t even see coming yet.

How to Do It:

  1. Invite a friend, coworker, or even that neighbor who always talks about “wanting to try yoga.”
  2. Offer to go with them, show them the ropes, and remind them child’s pose is always an option.
  3. Bask in the good karma of making someone’s first yoga experience feel welcoming.
